Your teeth have a story to tell! There is a connection between the meridians of your body and also your emotions. Use these affirmations to both test for weak or imbalanced teeth and learn the related emotions. Here are some of the teeth/emotional connections included in this series:

• Upper left central incisor (9): I am bringing light and healing to my relationship with my mother
• Upper left central incisor (9): I now have the courage to follow my intuition as it always leads me to the best place
• Lower right central incisor (25): I am now releasing any pent up energy of frustration and becoming more at peace
• Lower right central incisor (25): I now release my anger at anyone who may have bullied or mocked me. I forgive now knowing people project their own inner wounds onto others
